Privacy Policy for Rother Business Energy Efficiency Grants Programme
Personal information provided by individuals and organisations applying for grants will be held and used in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (2018). The University of Brighton (Clean Growth UK) is required to seek consent to hold and use personal data provided by grant applicants for the purpose of processing and assessing grant applications. This includes the transfer of data to Rother District Council for the same purpose.
Once you complete the enquiry form and press submit your data will be stored securely on the Clean Growth UK WordPress website. These details will be used by the Clean Growth UK (CGUK) team at the University of Brighton to contact you and discuss your requirements for the grant.
All of your data will be shared securely with Rother District Council (RDC) for the purposes of this grant programme. The main recipient of your information is RDC, but it may also be shared with other Government agencies, which are entitled to this information under applicable legislation.
For the purposes of this grant programme the University of Brighton is the data processor and Rother District Council is the data controller.
The data will be retained by the University of Brighton until May 2025 when the UK SPF funding reporting period ends.
