At this free session, you’ll learn how to use the Business Model Canvas and apply it to your own business. You’ll create a shared language around your strategy, including your value proposition, customer segments, key channels and revenue streams.

The half day workshop will be facilitated by Clean Growth UK Strategic Adviser Gavin McWhirter of Digital Islands.

Who’s it for?

It’s for any SME leader in any sector who wants to do things differently and is developing new clean and green products, services or processes. You must be a Clean Growth UK member – if you’re not yet, you can join for free as part of the workshop registration.
