RemadeUK remanufacturing workshop #2

Why manufacture, when you can remanufacture?

Why buy new, when you can buy remanufactured?

Remanufacturing – manufacturing good as new products from used ones – is a 30 year old idea whose time has come.

It sits well above recycling in energy saving and contribution to Net Zero, using integrated green technologies to create new business opportunities and save significant levels of CO2 and cost.

RemadeUK invite you to a preview of the resource friendly, resilient and profitable world of remanufacturing on either 9 or 10 September.

RemadeUK are creating a dedicated online marketplace designed to facilitate both the supply of end-of-life (EOL) products for remanufacturing and the subsequent resale of the remanufactured products. The University of Brighton is a founding partner.

The trading platform will come with blockchain enabled track and trace capability, data analytics and quality assurance aimed at addressing key challenges in the remanufacturing supply chain.

At the workshops you’ll get an exclusive preview of the platform and the opportunity to meet other users.

There will be two workshops, one on Thursday 9 September and one on Friday 10 September from 10am to 12pm. You only need attend one.
